Yoga, suitable for all levels including beginners. £7 for your first class. 6:30pm to 7:30pm Monday evenings. Mat provided. Yoga helps to calm the mind, supports balance, co-ordination, flexibility and strength. An established class delivered by advanced yoga teacher, Ellie Stafford.
