Pilates for everyone

Come and join us on Monday evenings for a 1hour Pilates class!

Lead by a qualified Pilates teacher helping you to improve posture, strength, mobility and balance.

whether you have tried Pilates before or are completely new there will be a challenge for everyone.

Mats available to borrow or bring your own if you have one.

all other props will be provided :)
