- **Event Description**: Two days of Yoga bliss in the gloriously picturesque setting of the Forest of Dean.  A mix of Yoga Flow, Yin and Restorative Yoga. There will be mindful walks in the forest, meditation and a Sound Bath.  We will group for lunch, evening meal (Saturday) and breakfast (Sunday). One night accommodation at the Speech House Hotel in a four poster room, double or twin.   Rooms can be single occupancy or shared by two adults.  Select single or double occupancy rate (prices are per person, with discounted rate for shared room).  Prices include room for one night, all meals (breakfast, dinner and two lunches) and yoga for two days. The daytime yoga retreat is held in the privacy of the Pavilion on the hotel grounds, with accommodation in the main hotel and courtyard. Free Parking.

Meet your host - see post under details. I am an experienced advanced yoga teacher and teach a variety of styles of yoga, including Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative. I aim to make all classes inclusive, to ensure each person gets the most out of their practice. I'm really looking forward to sharing this wonderful retreat with you and hope it will be an opportunity for you to escape into two days of mindful yoga practice in the heart of a beautiful forest. 🌳🙂

Wow, can't believe the retreat is just eight weeks away! There's lots packed into the weekend.  On Saturday, there will be a wonderful sound bath, hosted by Sound Healing with Mark.  Bathe in the sounds of gongs, singing bowls and other instruments, washing over you as you lie back and relax on the mat, supported by bolsters and blankets. This is just one treat awaiting you.

I'm excited to announce that day places are to be offered soon on this retreat. You have the option of one or two days, with a discount if you book two days. 

Each day will be different. Saturday has a walk in the forest and a Sound Bath with Mark in the afternoon, combined with Restorative yoga. Sunday has an option to do your own activity (e.g. walk, cycle or chill in the hotel reading room), with Yin and Restorative yoga in the afternoon.  Both days will have yoga flow practice in the morning. 

For those enjoying the overnight stay, you will get an extra meditative practice over the weekend. Don't forget, as well as a luxury room, all your meals are included.

Took a walk in the glorious Forest of Dean this week, in readiness for the Spring yoga retreat 18/18 April.  
The forest is definitely emerging into Spring and when we get there, it will be even more spectacular!
If you fancy a last minute getaway, there are day places on either or both days and boarding places remaining.
