Two days of Yoga bliss in the gloriously picturesque setting of the Forest of Dean. A mix of Yoga Flow, Yin and Restorative Yoga. There will be mindful walks in the forest, meditation and a Sound Bath. We will group for lunch, evening meal (Saturday) and breakfast (Sunday). One night accommodation at the Speech House Hotel in a four poster room, double or twin. Rooms can be single occupancy or shared by two adults. Prices include room for one night, all meals (breakfast, dinner and two lunches) and yoga for two days. The daytime yoga retreat is held in the privacy of the Pavilion on the hotel grounds, with accommodation in the main hotel and courtyard. Free Parking.

Meet your host - see post under details. I am an experienced advanced yoga teacher and teach a variety of styles of yoga, including Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative. I aim to make all classes inclusive, to ensure each person gets the most out of their practice. Wow, can't believe the retreat is just eight weeks away! There's lots packed into the weekend. On Saturday, there will be a wonderful sound bath, hosted by Sound Healing with Mark. Bathe in the sounds of gongs, singing bowls and other instruments, washing over you as you lie back and relax on the mat, supported by bolsters and blankets. This is just one treat awaiting you.
