I am excited to hold this space as part of 'The One Sacred Circle' Movement, where hundreds of women are holding circles throughout the World over the last weekend in January. This is a space where you can share your stories and experiences or sit in silence; to be heard, held supported and seen.
At a Soft Earth Women's Circle you can expect:
-a warm welcome
-a meditation to help you connect with yourself
-a short round of introductions or 'check-ins'
-opportunities to share your stories and experiences, and have your voice heard
-to be held in silence
-a closure.

I LOVED the circle. It was such a generous and safe and inspiring place. It was a really nice experience. Such a diverse group of people, it was really interesting to find that there tended to be common themes that appeared. I find it quite difficult to sit & listen & not respond/make suggestions, especially when people seem to be struggling to make sense of how they are feeling, but I completely understand the value in just allowing people to speak.

Thank you for holding such a warm, welcoming and supportive circle on Wednesday evening. I am very new to the whole circle experience and Wednesday’s circle was my first time really feeling part of a connected circle, I loved how we seemed to bounce ideas of each other and spring little fountains of inspiration, and I loved that we were able to respond to what another had said and I received some great feedback. All in all it was a very wholesome and nourishing experience for me and trying to express my jumbled thoughts made me realise how important circle work is for me at this time. I thought that you did a beautiful job holding safe space and nudging the group along in the right direction at the right time.
