Run the Rainbow is back!!
Start with your brightest whites and prepare to be turned into a human kaleidoscope as you join in Longfield Community Hospice’s Run the Rainbow as it returns to Frampton Court for 2025. Whether you choose to run, walk, dance, hop or skip the 5k route, you can be sure this will be an event you won’t want to miss. The fun starts straight away with some top tunes and a fun warm-up then an explosion of colour officially sets you off on the course.
Take on a different station at every kilometre. Be it frothy foam, a riot of powder paint, inflatable obstacles or music zones to keep you energized along the way, it’s certainly going to be colourful!
And the party doesn’t finish at the end of the 5k. With refreshments, music and the chance to purchase even more colour pouches for you and your friends and family to enjoy your own colour throwing explosion, you’ll have some amazing memories and great photo opportunities too!
Included in the ticket cost:
The registration fee entitles you to take part in the event and helps to cover the cost of the fun 5k, it also includes sunglasses, a pouch of powdered paint and a medal on finishing. When you donate or raise sponsorship you will be helping make a real difference to our patients and their families so we really hope you will get involved and raise funds too. If you select to raise sponsorship you can set up a JustGiving page by following the link after you have paid your registration fee.

Rest assured, whether you chose to make a donation when you sign up for the event or choose to raise sponsorship, you will be helping people at a time they need us the most. Every penny or pound you give or will raise will help patients living with a life-limiting condition and, importantly, provide support for carers and loved ones too.
