💫 Pilates with Resistance Bands — feel supported and empowered with resistance-based movement to deepen core strength and mobility.
💫 Breathwalk — a mindful walk using breath patterns to anchor you into nature and the moment.
💫 Stretch & Release — guided by Anna to gently unwind tension and open the body through satisfying stretches.
