Open to the Community: Family Yoga

Come explore yoga together! Have fun with movement and play to become more aware of your body and breath. Together you will learn partner poses and breathing techniques to foster relaxation strength and flexibility. Participants under age 11 must be accompanied by an adult. FREE and open to the community.
