Join Our Monthly Community Meeting:
Gloucester's Short Term Rental Ordinance with City Councilor, Tony Gross
Thursday, June 12th, 6-7:30 PM, at the UU Church's Parish Hall (enter via accessible side door at Pine/Procter & Church Streets)

City Councilor Tony Gross will join us to help unpack Gloucester’s Short-Term Rental Ordinance, which took effect on April 1st, and explore its potential impact on the availability and affordability of rental housing. Originally introduced, debated, and unanimously approved by the City Council in August 2024, the ordinance was amended this past March to refine several provisions.

Key elements include:
• Annual registration requirements
• Occupancy limits
• Caps on rental days for non-owner-occupied units

Whether you’re a long-time housing advocate or just getting involved, all are welcome.
