We are taking over the entire Guildhall for an amazing free, one-day event all about getting people together to celebrate movement, dance, music, art and community. Whether you're a dancer, actor, artist, teacher, student, or just someone who loves a good beat; this is your chance to take part, get inspired, and have fun.

Friendly and welcoming; no experience needed
Loads to try; dance workshops, taster sessions, creative sessions, films in the cinema, talks, stalls, and performances!
Watch, move, or do both; get involved as much or as little as you like
All ages and abilities welcome; with seated and gentle movement options available
