Hello August!

We have a very different meeting this month.

Nichola Orrey will be joining us to tell us all about the benefits of Somatic Movement.

Never heard of this before?

So come along and maybe experience a little taster of what Somatic Movement is all about. It certainly sounds very interesting.

The kettle will be on for a cuppa and a chat too.

Sam will also be with us offering reiki, reflexology and Thai foot massage for anyone currently going through cancer treatment or experiencing any menopause problems.
Everyone is very welcome.

Please let me know before the meeting if you would like a treatment, so I can book you in.
