Our 30-minute gentle yoga flow, led by the wonderful Laura from Yoga with Laura, is designed to be a slow-paced and accessible practice for everyone. Laura will guide you through warming up the spine, gentle movements in and out of yoga shapes, all while focusing on the power of your breath. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping onto a mat for the very first time, this class is suitable for most levels and physical abilities.

Following our relaxing yoga session, you'll have the opportunity to wander through our blooming fields and u-pick your own beautiful flower bouquet to take home!
