Bilingual Yoga with Diana Laughlin

For the final week of the Summer Reading Challenge, your Garfield County Libraries invite you to join us and practice kid-friendly yoga, mindfulness, breathing, and experience stories and songs in both English and Spanish. Bring your own yoga mat or borrow one from us (supplies limited). The first two events will be held on Tuesday, July 29 at 1 p.m. at the Glenwood Springs Branch Library and at 4 p.m. at the Carbondale Branch Library. The next two events will be on Wednesday, July 30 at 11 a.m. at the New Castle Branch Library and at 2 p.m. at the Silt Branch Library. The final two events will be on Thursday, July 31 at 11 a.m. at the Parachute Branch Library and at 2 p.m. at the Rifle Branch Library. You are welcome to attend the one that best fits your schedule. All events are free, and while these sessions are recommended for ages 4-10, all ages and families are welcome.
