Join us for a Beginner Fencing Camp this Summer in Glenwood Springs!
This camp is open to ages 7-14 (approximately grades 2-8). No experience is necessary, and all equipment is provided.
Campers will discover the basics of footwork, bladework, tactics, and fencing rules, with a special demo and/or tournament for family and friends on the final day starting at 11 am.
🗓 Dates: August 11-15
🕘 Time: 9AM - 1PM, Monday through Friday
📍 Location: Community Art Center, 601 E 6th St, Glenwood Springs, CO 81611
🚫 Before- and after-care not available. Please drop off no earlier than 15 minutes before camp and pick up no later than 15 minutes after the end of each camp day.
👕 Campers should wear: Athletic attire such as a t-shirt and shorts as well as gym shoes.
🎒 Bring: A water bottle, lunch and snacks, and a large bag to transport borrowed gear to and from camp each day.

Interested but outside the age range or the dates don’t work? We also offer beginner individual fencing lesson packages available for all ages 5+ that can be arranged at mutually convenient times and locations. These lesson packages will prepare you to join our program and participate in our all-ages, all-skill-levels community of inclusive, welcoming, and mentoring-minded fencers.
