New Quarter, New Wellness Challenge – Join the Movement

As we enter a new quarter, I’m excited to introduce a Wellness Challenge that I’ll be running throughout 2025. Every Sunday morning, I’m inviting committed individuals to join us for brisk walking and hiking sessions designed to jumpstart the week with energy, accountability, and connection.

This is a simple but powerful commitment: show up and move. Whether it’s walking, hiking, or light exercise, the routine will help set a healthy tone for your day—and your life.

This initiative is open to a wide range of individuals, including:

• Adults 25+ who are able and willing to participate in brisk walking
• Busy professionals: doctors, caregivers, physical therapists, educators
• Consultants, coaches, advisors, and speakers looking to network and contribute
• Entrepreneurs, real estate professionals, and solo business owners
• Go-getters and go-givers—those who not only seek growth but also offer value to others

Whether you're leading in the boardroom, working in healthcare, or teaching in the classroom—this challenge is a space to restore your energy, get support, and connect with others who understand your pace of life.

This is more than just a wellness activity—this is a supportive ecosystem. Our growing community welcomes those who are:

🕢 Time: Sunday, 7:30 AM

Depending on the weather and trail conditions, we will either walk around the lake or explore nearby trails. Dress appropriately and bring water. This is an open and welcoming group, but consistency and willingness to show up are key.

At the end of the hike, I’ll introduce several special interest clubs designed to align with your professional goals, personal interests, and lifestyle. These clubs are being created to support:

• Personal development
• Business growth
• Community impact
• Knowledge sharing and collaboration
