Saturday April 26 – Reverence Car Meet - Toowoomba Showgrounds, Glenvale Road - from 4.00pm. All cars, all bikes, all clubs, all car enthusiasts welcome.
Here is one for those of you who have asked for more Saturday night car events - and this time we will have plenty of space to showcase the local car scene. Reverence Car Meets feature a big variety of cars, plenty of spectators, a casual, friendly atmosphere and of course if you choose to display in side show alley you can cruise in and out whenever it suits you – sounds like the perfect recipe for any car enthusiast.
Speaking of recipes and courses, this time we have decided to add some extra spice to the mix with car enthusiasts also having the option to display their car under lights inside of the Founders Pavilion at the Toowoomba Showgrounds.
No pre entry is required for Reverence Car Meet inside or outside of the pavilion, just enter on the day. Trophies will be awarded in various categories. All cars / car enthusiasts are welcome and just to be clear - no your car does not have to be 'concourse' to enter this car event. Pavilion / parade entrant set up is from 12.00 noon – 4.00pm Saturday April 26. First in until the pavilion is full. Pavilion cars will need to be parked by 4.00pm and will be required to remain on display until 7.00pm.
A Concourse d' Elegance parade will also take place inside of the Founders Pavilion. This unique event will feature a custom stage for the cars to display, an interview with the drivers, music selected to suit the cars, fancy dress theme, an opportunity for the public to see and hear some cars on the move and more. $ 5 general admission to Reverence Car Meet for all display cars inside the pavilion and outside of the pavilion.
Spectators please park outside of the Toowoomba Showgrounds near the main entry gate. $ 5 general admission. Children under 12 – Free.
