Moon Salutations /Moondalini

Join Natassia Dickey for a special practice designed to embrace the ancient proverb “The sun sees your body. The moon sees your soul.” Let’s clear out old energy as we usher in a new moon, bringing with it the energy of new beginnings specific to the month’s astrological sign. Experience a traditional Moon Salutation sequence, a Kundalini Kriya (for all levels of experience), and a calming meditation practice as we ground down into the moon’s energy, restore our nervous system, and set internal intentions for this next chapter.
