A chance to just be.

I'm excited to invite you to the Wind Down Hour. 1 hour of complete relaxation. Come along and leave the week behind.

As we transition into the cooler months I will talk you through two guided meditations. We will focus on releasing the energy of the summer months and letting go of what no longer serves us. We will then welcome in the season ahead and set positive intentions for the months to come.

This is your chance to let go, relax, unwind and set yourself up for the weekend.

You'll need a mat, a blanket and a journal & pen.
