New Bootcamp Dates

Can’t belive we are saying goodbye to week 7 this week ������ I can’t believe how fast this Bootcamp has gone ! RESULT WEEK next week though and I can’t wait to show everyone just how dedicated all of my lovely clients have been through this amazing journey �� sign ups are now open for anyone who’s thinking of joining this amazing team �� I will be capping the classes to be able to give a more client focused experience � I know how important it is for new clients to be able to know what they are doing when it comes to exercising and I know that it takes time to get it right, this is why the spaces will be limited � bootcamp takes dedication, if you really want to see the best results , you need to be in the zone , committed, and fully focused. £120 for 8 weeks, this gives you 3x 1 hour sessions to choose from each week, you can mix up your days and times each week , they don’t have to be the same.
