2025 Tasmanian Cyclocross State Championships + final round of cyclocross round #5

The CX AusCycling State Champs/Round 5 of the HWDD CX series is changing venues to Dominic College, Glenorchy. Clarence City Council have withdrawn permission to use Rosny Park on the 10th, and Dominic has very kindly agreed to host. Many thanks Dominic College.

Please get your entries in as soon as possible to help the organisers prepare.

The race format will be:

10:20am Little-crossers race & U11s (+ any CX beginners who wish to give CX a try), approx 15 to 20 mins (this race is not a state championships)
11:05 Main Race - U13s and up for state champs (U11s can race on discussion with the Race Director as per HWDD series arrangements but won't be eligible for medals)

Bike requirements: participation remains the focus. Elite category State Champs competitors are required to ride a drop bar CX/gravel bike. For all other categories - CX/gravel/MTB is OK (but if you own a CX/Gravel bike, please use it). No restriction on tyre sizes. All bikes must be safe with working brakes. No racks or other protrusions permitted for safety reasons.

There will be a coffee van - please enjoy a coffee or hot choc & support it. HWDD will provide delicious cake as per usual.
