Release & Relax Yin Yoga & Relaxing Sound Bath

This evening is a collaboration between Su of Simply Yoga With Su & Kay of Grounded Sound.

You will have the opportunity to experience two beautiful & complimentary modalities; Yin Yoga & the deeply relaxing vibrational tones of a Sound Bath.

Please note this sound event is not recommended for the following: pacemakers, sound induced epilepsy, schizophrenia, severe tinnitus and any other sound sensitive health concern.
Please let me know if you are pregnant, as care must be taken in first and third trimester.

We will close the evening by gathering together for chai & home made raw chocolate.
