When and where can I weigh in?
ALL weigh-ins/check-ins will be held at Nutrishop Glendora. ▶Initial weigh-ins: Monday–Sunday, June 16–22, 2025
▶Check-ins: Bi-weekly
▶Final weigh-ins: Monday–Sunday, August 1 1–17, 2025
What is required to be eligible to win?
You must weigh in during the starting week as shown above, and check in at Nutrishop Glendora every two weeks.
How are the winners determined?
The winners will be determined upon the following point system.
▶1 pound of fat loss = 1 point
▶1 pound of muscle gain = 1 point
▶Loss of body fat % = 1 point
▶Each check-in = 1 point
Regardless of goals, you are eligible to participate in the Transformation Challenge.
