Whether you yoga for strength, flexibility, or serenity, you'll enjoy this class. Our approach to Vinyasa Yoga focuses on your physical practice while developing breath awareness, easing the transition into mediation. We continue to invigorate and challenge all skill levels from beginner to advance with new choreography every week. Our practice is crafted for every body, in a safe, fun, and encouraging environment. Enjoy the camaraderie of fellow students in this immersive experience.
