TRIAL LOCATION AND HOURS
Hardin County Fairgrounds, 5617 South Dixie Highway, Glendale, KY
Saturday - Sunday – 7 AM to 6 PM Eastern
Morning check-in from 7 – 8 AM daily Afternoon check in time will begin at 11 AM and will continue until the Briefing. All exhibitors must be checked in by end of check-in period above or they will be considered "ABSENT".
Briefing for Trial #1 each day will begin at 8 AM. The Briefing for Trial #2 each day will begin following the closing of Trial #1. The searches will begin immediately following the Briefings.

RANDOM DRAW LOCATION – changes made is is location of the draw which will be at 891 Red Fern Rd. Campbellsville, KY 42718.
The trials themselves will still be held at Hardin County Fairgrounds, 5617 South Dixie Highway, Glendale, KY.
ENTRY CLOSING DATE & TIME SEPTEMBER 3, 2025, at 5 PM Eastern

Mail entry forms and fees to Mary Ginter, Event Secretary; PO Box 745, Campbellsville, KY 42719-0745. Please make checks payable to Mid-Kentucky Kennel Club. Payments drawn on non-US banks must be accompanied by a $25 processing fee.
Entries received prior to the opening date shall be treated as
invalid entries and returned to the sender. After the close date, no entries may be accepted, cancelled, altered, or substituted except as provided for in Chapter 3, Section 19 of the Regulations for AKC Scent Work. Envelopes containing entries for more than 5 dogs will be considered invalid entries.
