AM check-in from 7:00 – 7:30 AM daily PM check-in from 11:30 to Noon daily
All exhibitors must be checked in by end of check-in period above or they will be considered "ABSENT". Briefings will be held at end of check-in time with searches commencing immediately thereafter.

Please make checks payable to Mid-Kentucky Kennel Club, acting as agent for Central KY Herding Group Club for these events. Payments drawn on non-US banks must be accompanied by a $20 processing fee.
Entries received prior to the opening date shall be treated as invalid entries and returned to the sender. After the close date, no entries may be accepted, cancelled, altered, or substituted except as provided for in Chapter 3, Section 19 of the Regulations for AKC Scent Work. Envelopes containing entries for more than 5 dogs will be considered invalid entries.
