Distance: 4-5 Miles
Difficulty: Moderate

Requirements:
- 2 liters of water
- Electrolyte drink/tablets
- Back pack/camel back
- Hiking boots/trail running shoes
- Comfortable work out clothing
- Bug repellent(optional)
- Snack/power bar
- Sense of Protest
