Welcome to Sacred Smoke: The Healing Art of Smudging event! Join us at Brick & Mortar for a hands-on exploration into the sacred practice of smudging. Learn about the cultural history, global traditions, and the spiritual power of herbal smoke. Participants will discover the meanings of various sages and herbs, and create their own smudge sticks to take home.
In this workshop, you will:
· Explore Indigenous and global smoke rituals
· Learn about sage, lavender, cedar, and other sacred herbs
· Understand the purpose of intention in smudging
· Make and take home your own smudge stick
