Join Sarah Paz and Bridgette for an unforgettable evening under the New Moon sky at the serene and soul-nourishing Wishing Star Farm. This powerful 90-minute collaborative sound immersion is designed to guide you into deep relaxation, restoration, and reconnection—with yourself and the universe.

Together, Sarah and Bridgette will weave a rich, intuitive tapestry of healing sound featuring:

Each element is thoughtfully offered to guide you into the theta brainwave state, where the body enters its most restorative phase—known to support the release of stress, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. It’s also simply a beautiful way to unwind and reconnect after the everyday hustle.

🌟 Meet Your Facilitators 🌟

Bridgette is a certified sound practitioner of the VSA and has been offering immersive sound baths at Wishing Star Farm for over 6 years. With an intuitive, intentional approach, she brings warmth, depth, and a collaborative spirit to the sound healing space. For her, community and co-creation are essential to the listening experience.

Sarah Paz, of Reclaim Life Wholistic Arts, is a graduate of the Soundwise School of Harmonic Therapy in Lancaster, PA. A multi-instrumentalist and vocal alchemist, Sarah channels her gifts through events like Super Bloom and Heartland Hangout, as well as local meditation sessions. She uses sound as a tool for healing, connection, and planetary resonance.

Their friendship and collaboration began at Wishing Star Farm during the Fall 2022 Mind, Body & Spirit Festival—and this offering is a blossoming of their shared vision and vibration.

🛏️ Bolsters, blankets, or an eye pillow

🖊️ A pen and notebook (for any reflections or insights that arise)
