Flavors of the Foothills

Flavors of the Foothills, Foothills Conservancy's premier fundraiser, is an exclusive culinary experience led by Executive Chef Eric Morris of Foothills Local Meats restaurant group. This year’s menu will feature an unforgettable meal crafted entirely from locally sourced ingredients, many of which are grown at Oak Hill Community Park & Forest. Partnering with Lee’s One Fortune Farm, Chef Morris will highlight the unique Flavors of the Foothills. Menu will be shared soon!

This is a special year because FCNC is celebrating its 30th anniversary as a land trust, marking 30 years of land & water protection in Western NC.
