Join us on 𝗡𝗼𝘃. 𝟭𝟰-𝟭𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗶𝗻 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗼𝗻, 𝗗𝗖 for the second edition of Stardust Slow Balboa Weekend, the only full weekend event in North America focused entirely on Slow Balboa!
Whether you’ve never even heard of Slow Balboa (

We will have 𝟰 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced tracks, as well as an additional Master level mini-track. Advanced & Master level tracks require an audition or invite.
Classes will be taught by world-class instructors: 𝗞𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗔𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘂𝗹𝘁 & 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘀𝗰𝗲, 𝗢𝗹𝗴𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮 & 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗢𝗹𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗻 & 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗲.
There will be 𝗧𝗪𝗢 𝗦𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗯𝗼𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Amateur & Advanced. Winners receive Slow Balboa Championship plaques & passes to Stardust 2026 or other events.
Enjoy 𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝗪𝗢 𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 (The Midri Brothers with the Craig Gildner All Stars AND The Scott Silbert Big Band) at Glen Echo Park’s historic Spanish Ballroom.
The social dances will have music of all tempos and for all swing dance styles!
Full workshop passes, dance-only passes, and a la carte dance tickets will be available.
This year will be even bigger and shine brighter!
