Reset, balance & Healing Workshop
I’m very excited to be able to offer you this peaceful, self care oriented 2 hour workshop, at the lovely Avalon Marshes Centre. An opportunity to find peace and balance in a busy world. No experience required, as I will gently guide you through the workshop.
You’ll need to bring a mat to lie on, or a big cushion if you prefer to sit.
