Horrible Histories - Gorgeous Georgians & Vile Victorians Live On Stage

We all want to meet people from history! The trouble is everyone is dead!

So it’s time to prepare for Horrible Histories live on stage with the acclaimed production of Gorgeous Georgians and Vile Victorians!

Are you ready to swing with a Georgian king? Does the Duke of Wellington get the boot? Would you stand and deliver to dastardly Dick Turpin? Can you help detectives find the headless man? Dare you dance the Tyburn jig? Will you be saved by Florence Nightingale? Find out what a baby farmer did and move to the groove with party Queen Victoria.

Don’t miss this horrible history of Britain with the nasty bits left in!

The Horrible Histories stage show returns to Glastonbury Abbey on the 24th of July, 2025. There will be popcorn, candy-floss, the abbey café and bar available!

Doors open: 6:30pm
Performance starts: 7pm

Standard Tickets (in the shop and on the gate):
Adult £22
Child £15

Children under 0 to 4 are free. A child's ticket covers the ages of 5 - 15.

As with all outdoor theater at the abbey, please bring your own chair or blanket to sit on.
