With time to reflect as you wander through the Abbey’s ancient grounds, you will have the opportunity to engage in mindful writing exercises, and craft poetry inspired by the history, beauty and tranquillity all around you.

Whether you're a seasoned writer or simply curious about the power of words for wellbeing, these workshops offer a gentle, joyful space to reconnect with yourself and nature—one poetic moment at a time. Join us for an inspirational evening of creativity, and connection.

This workshop will be hosted at Abbey House and will involve time for a private guided walk around the abbey grounds accompanied by mindful exercises.
