Group Fitness Classes at Glastonbury Hall

Group fitness classes at Glastonbury Hall every Tuesday at 5:15pm
Only $10EA pay as you come
Classes are total body workouts to an interval timer, no rep counting! Light weights and resistance bands provided. Exercises include strength & cardio training; body weight exercises and stretches for warmups and cool down. Classes are 1 hour long.
Please bring water bottle, mat and wear runners.
