Frosty Fourth Friday: Breathwork, Meditation, Ice Baths, and Pot Luck

Frosty Fridays are a fun community gathering of people curious about and seasoned in cold exposure. We start inside the studio where we do breathwork and learn a little bit about the experience. Then, we sink into the tubs filled with cold water and ice and then head inside to warm up with snacks and community.
We invite you that you bring a covered dish or snack if you want to hang at the studio after.
Bring a bathing suit, shoes you don't mind getting wet, a towel, and warm clothes for after
