Moon Cycle Tracking and New moon Yin Yoga

Join us each month around the New Moon for a grounding and introspective class designed to reconnect you with your inner rhythms and the cycles of the moon. This monthly offering blends Moon Cycle Tracking, intuitive journaling or reflection, and Yin Yoga to honor the unique energy of each New Moon and the beginning of a new lunar cycle.

Each class includes:
🌙 An overview of the current New Moon phase, sign, and energetic themes

✍🏼 Time for journaling and self-inquiry to support personal reflection

🧘🏽‍♀️ A deeply nourishing Yin Yoga practice aligned with the lunar energy

🔄 Gentle guidance in tracking your own cyclical patterns over time

Over the months, you’ll build a deeper connection to your inner landscape, harness the wisdom of your body's natural rhythms, and cultivate space for intention-setting and embodied transformation.
No prior moon knowledge or yoga experience necessary—just bring your breath, a journal, and an open heart.
