YOGA for BEGINNERS

This 1hr class is for those who are completely new to yoga or those who are fairly new and still class themselves as a beginner.

The reality is that even if you are more experienced you will just be able to connect at a deeper level and if this time suits you best then this class is for you too!

This class will teach you functional movement using traditional, fundamental yoga postures.
More experienced yogis are welcome and will find that they experience a deeper level of openness and stretch!
The reality is there is no endgame in yoga, or life, and we are all continually learning.

Props may be used and alternates will be given for those who require them or who have an injury - remember that every body is completely individual and every body will be treated as an individual in this class

The class is run over a 6 week block

You can join the block at any time and the booking system will pro'rata the cost
