Forget the usual whisky festival—this is a vibrant, hands-on celebration of whisky in a fresh, dynamic light. Think laid-back brunches with breakfast drams and whisky Bloody Marys, headliner tastings, trad tunes spilling out the door, cocktail sessions that get hands stirring, and DJs and live music taking us through ’til late.
Saturday, 27th September
Session 1 – Whisky Brunch with Highland Park – Kick off the weekend in style with a Highland Park whisky brunch. Enjoy a welcome cocktail or dram on arrival, followed by three exclusive Highland Park pours, perfectly paired with food. Expect warm vibes, great whisky, and live music to ease you into the day.

Session 2 – Finishing School with Glenallachie & Glenmorangie } Dive into the art of the cask with two legends of whisky innovation. This session explores exceptional finishes—from port and sherry to more unexpected casks—through six exclusive drams from GlenAllachie and Glenmorangie. Includes a welcome dram on arrival, flavour-packed storytelling, and live music to set the perfect Saturday mood.

Session 3 – The Peat Elite with Octomore & Ardbeg } Step into the smoke. With a drink on arrival, live music throughout, and flavour turned all the way up, this one’s for the true peat lovers.

Shake up your Sunday with Monkey Shoulder at the Whisky Brunch that brings the energy. Start with a drink on arrival, then dive into an interactive cocktail session where you’ll mix up three bold and brilliant highballs. Add in flavour-packed food from a special guest, live music, and a buzzing crowd—this is brunch turned up to 11.

Session 2 – Old & Rare with Royal Mile Whiskies & Beam Suntory
Step into the world of whisky you rarely get to taste. This session is all about the unique, the forgotten, and the extraordinary—from old blends to single malts that money simply can’t buy. Hosted by Royal Mile Whiskies and featuring remarkable drams from Bowmore and Suntory, you’ll enjoy six rare whiskies, a welcome pour on arrival, and live music to set the tone.

Headliner Session – Bruichladdich “Islay Unfiltered”
Our Sunday night showstopper. Join Bruichladdich for an intimate masterclass exploring the raw, wild character of Islay through three exceptional drams—progressive, peated, and unmistakably Laddie. After the tasting, the doors stay open for the ultimate whisky lock-in. Expect DJs, live music, toasties, oysters, cocktails, and drams flowing late into the night. It’s Islay, unfiltered—just how we like it.
