This 4 week practice is designed to promote energy balance in a stressful world.
Suitable for beginners & beyond.
We live in a world where we are constantly being encouraged to be busy. Stress can come from work, financial worry, grief, family life, relationships, world events, and many other aspects of life. It is impossible to avoid entirely and therefore essential to manage. Taking time to rest & recover will help balance your energy. This can help you avoid overwhelm & burnout, and give you tools to help cope with the chaos.
This practice will include…
👃🏻 Calming essential oil scents
🧍Body scan to bring awareness to your body.
🫁 Breath work to help ground you & regulate your nervous system
🧘 Somatic exercise to improve mind-body connection.
🧘♀️ Mindful movement to improve mobility.
🧘♂️ Stretches to release tension and improve fascia health.
🧠 Guided meditation for relaxation.
🙏🏻 Extra 30 mins on week 4 for deep relaxation, & Reiki for energy balance.
Available to use: Mats, Cushions, Bolsters, Blankets, Yoga Blocks, Yoga Straps, Knee Pads. Please feel free to bring any of your own equipment & comfies if you prefer.
