Sound Healing is a collaborative process between the facilitator and the listener and the atmosphere created is both unique and transformative. Within Pól’s Sound Bath you will also experience the tranquil and blissful meditation known as Yoga Nidra - a guided deep body relaxation known as ‘effortless relaxation' which aids the letting go of body and mind tensions.
Yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, blankets and eye pillows are provided.
