Our Mysore-style Ashtanga class is a guided self-practice. That means you're moving through the Ashtanga sequence at your own pace, with your own breath – and the support of an experienced teacher who offers guidance, adjustments and encouragement tailored just for you.

Every body is different. We meet you where you are and help you progress safely as you build strength, stamina, focus and flexibility.

🕰️ Start when it suits you
No need to rush! Arrive anytime that allows you to complete your practice – we recommend starting no later than 75 minutes before class ends.

🧘‍♀️ One-to-one support
You’ll get personalised attention and instruction throughout class. Stuck on a posture? Struggling with something? We’ll help you work through it, one step at a time.

🌱 Practice at your own pace
You’ll be in a room of students all doing the same sequence – each at their own level, with their own rhythm. It’s quiet, focused and deeply supportive.
