Run4It Run Club X Altra - The Flow Workout
Join us for a special Run Club session with Altra, where you'll get to put the Experience Flow 2 to the test.
The Altra Experience Flow 2 is a lightweight, responsive road running shoe built for daily miles and steady efforts. Perfect to run at a range of paces, from easy to up-tempo efforts.
Our Run Club Leaders will guide you through a special 'Flow Workout'; — a fun-paced session featuring intervals of 1, 2, and 3 minutes at varying intensities.
We’ll end the run at the shop with some refreshments and a raffle for the chance to win a pair of Experience Flow 2.
