The Mindfulness Based Living Course is an 8-week programme designed specifically to help you work with your mind more easily and integrate mindfulness into every day life. You will learn how to meditate, be more present and focused, feel less distracted and stressed and experience more joy, stillness and ease.
The course starts on Wednesday 20 August and finishes on Wednesday 8th October . It is ideal for beginners but also a wonderful refresher and deepener for experienced mindfulness practitioners.
The curriculum also incorporates how to cultivate loving kindness and compassion towards ourselves and others, to turn down the volume of our inner critic and self-judgement and to help alleviate our triggers for stress, anxiety and feelings of overwhelm.
