Govanhill Women's Self Defence - Free Course

Free self defence block of classes every Wednesday (28 May, 4,11,18 June), 1-2 pm , suited for all abilities. We will look at strategies for safety in a variety of settings, like streets, parks, parties, bars, etc and we will practice solutions to situations of danger by building our confidence and ability to make good, safe decisions. All this will be practiced in a safe environment , this project is led by women for women.
