I'm Eve, I'm an illustrator and graphic novelist, and I LOVE COMICS.
I've indulged in comics since childhood and am delighted by them even more as an adult. Since moving to Glasgow I've tried to find a comic club, but there appears to be none (aside from a marvel based group). So since then, I have been planning THIS comic club and am finally ready to host it. All I need next is YOU.

Each session will begin with a short catch up- then continue on to COMIC CREATING!

In this weekly class, you might wish to create a comic or illustrative picture from scratch, or you might already have a project you're invested in from home or uni.
People have said they find the group useful as a place that encourages them to draw, when they otherwise don't have the time or drive. So whether you are beginner, or a regular drawer OR you used to draw but haven't for years and want to get back into it, this Comic Club environment should be appropriate for you :)

Oh and feel free to grab a beer or whatever from the bar downstairs and bring it up!

I recommend you bring your own SketchBook so you can have your work all in one place and take it home easily. You can also bring your own pens/pencils/rubbers etc to the class if you wish, or you can choose the option where you just rock up and I provide all drawing materials for you.

  P.s. Feel free to go digital if you like! I'm fairly new to digital stuff but admire it a lot as a creative medium.
