We’ll begin by awakening the diaphragm — the body’s natural rhythm keeper — and gently activating the vagus nerve through a series of intentional breathing techniques. Each breath will guide your nervous system toward safety, ease, and restoration, helping you shift from fight-or-flight into deep parasympathetic calm.
As the practice unfolds, we’ll move into active breathwork — a dynamic flow that opens space within. And then, like a wave returning to shore, we’ll arrive in stillness. A soft, spacious silence where body and mind can simply be.
