After our fantastic sell-out tasting last month with Dram Mor, this month, we’re taking a deep dive into one of our more local distilleries, Glasgow 1770.
As the 1770 spirit has now reached the ripe old age of 10 years old, we thought now would be a great time to see how things are progressing at the distillery, and more importantly… in the warehouse!
The original Glasgow Distillery Company was founded in 1770, subsequently operated under a number of different names, and produced unpeated, peated, and triple distilled single malt until its eventual closure in 1902.
On the 5th March 2015, the very first cask of single malt scotch whisky was filled at the new distillery.
Here’s all the details you’ll need to join us on the night.
