This Glasgow Cocktail Fortnight, Café XO brings its bold, flavour-driven philosophy to The Social Hub Glasgow with an exclusive Supper Club Takeover.

For one night only, the kitchen will showcase Chef Andrew Manson's umami-rich creations, designed to surprise, delight, and spark conversation.

Grilled Flatbread – served with hummus, watermelon hot sauce, baba ganoush, black garlic & pomegranate

Cured Sea Trout - yuzu kosho, pickled fennel, dill oil

Duck Donut - dashi caramel, xo, cauliflower, crispy leeks

Beef Shortrib - panang curry, nashi pear, mint, toasted rice

Whipped Mascarpone - dulce de leche, tonka bean, carmelised pecan
