About this event
This is an in-person meet-up for adults with ADHD in Glasgow – very much for those with, and without, a formal diagnosis. We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
Ours is an inclusive space where we each have a bit of time to discuss our concerns, where we are currently in life, and then reflect and support each other. You’ll meet like-minded people discussing their ADHD, in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Our sessions start on time at 18:00, so we actually recommend trying to arrive a little bit earlier, especially as someone has to keep on opening the outside door. Time blindness is a thing apparently! We finish up at 20:00.
