Before we ever stepped foot in the building that we now call our family's pizzeria, and before we decided to open a brick and mortar instead of a cart location, we decided as a family that we would all give everything that we possibly could to make this a success. Our version of success isn't measured by money, but by the accomplishments, milestones, and friends that we've made along the way.
The most important things that we focused on were giving the best possible hospitality, using high-quality ingredients to create delicious food, giving Gladstone what it wants, and being a part of this community! Because this is Gladstone's Pizza!
We literally started with a blank slate and built everything in the Pizzeria from the ground up, and we definitely didn't do it alone. We had an immense amount of help from so many family and friends who did everything from the basement to the roof with us, and no amount of "thank yous" could express how much that meant to us.
Because of you, and the amazing people that come to us for tasty food and a comfortable, safe place to have fun, we get to take part in making people happy every single day by showing them great hospitality and feeding them. That is one of the most rewarding things we could ever receive.
We are so thankful to our incredible Team here at the Pizzeria. Sherry and I are unbelievably proud of our children for how far they have come in this last year and for the sacrifices that they've made for our family. None of this happens without you guys! You are the key to our family's future, and I hope that Mom and I have made you as proud as you have made us!
