Join Vicky every Thursday from 9:15–10:15 AM at Perry’s Gym and Fitness Center for a calming, non-heated Gentle Hatha Flow. This class blends the balancing energies of yin and yang to gently awaken the body and then ease it back into stillness, finishing with a restful savasana. Perfect for beginners or those with limited range of motion, the flow is slow, supportive, and mindful. Drop-in rate is $10.
